Mindy Scheier, a mom of 3, realized that clothing options for her son Oliver, who was diagnosed with a rare case of muscular dystrophy, were very limited. It was very difficult for a growing kid who just wants to fit in and keep up with the fashion trends amongst his peers. Mindy, who has background in fashion design, couldn’t find clothing for kids with special needs that was both functional and stylish — which gave birth to Runway of Dreams.

In conjunction with Tommy Hilfiger, Mindy’s fashion line serves male and female clients of any age — and with a wide array of disabilities.
