Stripper Mom Partied While Brooklyn Blaze Leaves Her 2-year-old Dead

A Brooklyn stripper chose the club over her 2-year-old daughter — with deadly consequences — but it wasn’t the first time she’d left her kid alone.

Leila Aquino, 20, was out partying as her 2-year-old daughter Kaleenah Muldrow died alone in a Bushwick apartment fire.

Leila Aquino, who was partying with friends when her daughter died alone in a fire, was already under investigation for working the night shift while the girl was home unsupervised, watching TV, sources told the Daily News.

Firefighters dousing a blaze in a Brooklyn apartment early Tuesday found a dead 2-year-old girl left in the apartment by her negligent mother, officials said.

Little Kaleenah Muldrows remains were found under a bed in the third-floor apartment shortly after the fire that tore through the top of the Monroe St. building in Bushwick was put out about 7:30 a.m.

Kallenahs 25-year-old mother, Leila Aquino, was not with little Kaleenah when the fire broke out, cops said. “I came outside and saw a woman sitting on the stoop crying, said Nikki Louis, 50. She was really distraught.
What’s really shocking is that mothers priortize themselves while kids are still young! It’s mind -boggling as to how thoughts of leaving a 2-year old all by herself would cross a mother’s mind. Mommies there will be plenty of time to yourselves when kids are grown up, and if you think you’re not ready for a responsibility, don’t have kids!
