Panish Shea & Boyle LLP has filed a civil lawsuit for negligence against Caitlyn Jenner on behalf of Peter Wolf-Millesi, his wife Lea, the couple’s two minor children, and Lea’s mother Elga Maurer for injuries suffered in a chain-reaction, four-vehicle collision that occurred in Malibu earlier this year.
It was widely reported in February 2015 when Bruce Jenner got himself involved in a ftal car crash. Now, 10 months after, five people who were in the Hummer that was part of the fatal crash triggered by Caitlyn Jenner have filed a lawsuit, claiming they were injured both physically and emotionally.
In the lawsuit, obtained 5 members of the Wolf-Millesi family claim they were all cruising along in their 2006 black H2 Hummer when they felt the thunderous impact of the Lexus that Jenner had just struck. The plaintiffs were hit head-on by a Lexus that had been struck by Jenner’s SUV and forced into their lane of traffic. The driver of the Lexus, 69-year-old Kim Howe, was killed in the collision.
Peter Wolf-Millesi, a multi-Grammy-nominated, world-renowned composer, pianist, producer, songwriter and arranger suffered serious wrist injuries and his one-month old son was unresponsive after the accident, according to the lawsuit. His wife Lea, a fashion model and lyricist, sustained blunt-force injuries and requires ongoing treatment, the suit states.
