In this absolutely, shocking clip taken at a little cafe in Spain, two Romanian adults are laughing as they encourage a toddler to drink beer and puff, puff on a cigarette ( not once, but a few times!)!!!
Footage shows the toddler sitting on a man’s lap outside a cafe in Spain, child takes mouthfuls of beer from a glass before being made to smoke. An online campaign has been launched to track down those responsible.
The child takes several puffs on the cigarette before washing it down with a beverage that looks like beer or cide
This man in the video is being hunted by police after a video appeared to show him forcing a child to smoke and drink.
The clip was posted on Facebook by a user called Daniel Tecu in Romania who asked people to identify the two adults in the video.
The shocking footage shows a Romanian man sitting with a little boy on his lap and laughing.
Another man is filming and initially they both appear to encourage the boy to smoke
The man sitting on the chair puts the cigarette in the child’s mouth.
He then lets the boy take a swig of beer before allowing him to take another puff.
One of them tells the boy: “That’s what being a real man is all about.”
Doina Dicu said on Facebook: “This man has to lose his parental rights. Childcare officials should do something.”
Another outraged viewer, Mihaela Stanciu, said: “There should be an exam for everyone who wants to have a child. If you fail, you can’t have them. Otherwise we’ll fill this planet with…degenerate people.”
The people involved have not yet been identified, but it is believed the incident took place in Spain where there is a large Romanian immigrant population mainly working in farm labour and other low-paid jobs
